Andrea is an experienced counsellor, working with a variety of difficulties. She specialises in depression, anxiety and deep rooted issues such as childhood trauma, self esteem issues, emotional and mental abuse.
Andrea runs a successful private practice where she has worked with clients on both long and short term basis. Her style of therapy is mainly humanistic. In her experience she has found this approach to be life changing for her clients, equipping them with the internal tools they need to live a balanced more fulfilled life.
