Dr Anna Rowe joins the Tower Clinic

Since qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2003, I have worked in a variety of NHS posts specialising in working with adults experiencing mental health difficulties. I am able to offer assessment and therapy for a wide range of problems such as depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, OCD, low self-esteem, anger and interpersonal difficulties.

Clinical Psychologists use a range of psychological approaches tailored to individual need. My main therapeutic approach is CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), which is an effective and evidence-based treatment for a wide range of difficulties. I am an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the BABCP.

If you would like to discuss whether psychological therapy might be suitable for you, please contact me via Tower Clinic for an initial discussion. An appointment can then be arranged where you will be able to talk about your difficulties in detail and find out how therapy may be able to help you. The number of sessions will vary
according to individual need, will always be discussed with you in advance and reviewed at regular intervals.
