The History of Tea as Medicine
- Tea as medicine in China and Chinese medicine.
- The use of tea in China as a medicine, in ceremony and as a food.
Tea Energetics
- What are living teas – including organic, biodynamic and wild examples of Green, White, Oolong, Red and Puerh living teas.
- Directly experiencing the energetic effects of living teas, discussing these effects and learning how these can support treatment strategies in your practice.
- Learning about some easy tea ‘formulas’ and tea remedies with specific actions.
- How to prescribe tea in the clinic and use it as part of an ongoing treatment strategy.
Suitable For
Practitioners of East Asian Medicine. No pre-requisite knowledge required.
