Do you overeat when stressed, anxious or feeling low? Are you always trying the latest weight loss diet but struggle to keep up the changes? Do you feel guilty about eating certain foods and often think well I’ve blown it now so I may as well keep eating and I’ll start again tomorrow”
Would you like to find a way of eating what you love and worrying less about your weight?
If you’re an emotional overeater, chronic dieter or would just like to try a different approach to managing your eating and weight come along to my mindful eating programme starting in January. We meet weekly for eight sessions during which you’ll learn new ways to think about food, weight and well-being and how mindful eating can help overcome common challenges. You will meet other people in similar situations and through sharing experiences in a supportive environment change can begin.
What’s included with the workshops?
In addition to 12 hours of face-to-face workshop time you will also receive
- A copy of the book “Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat” by Dr Michelle May
