Annie Raynor starts her Spring Evening Dru Yoga classes at The Tower Clinic
Starting date: Wednesday 30 April running up until 9 July (with one week’s break on the 28th May after the Bank Holiday) – 10 classes in total.
The benefits of Dru Yoga are: relaxation, stress and tension reduction. Eases back pain and general discomfort. Improves flexibility and strengthens core muscles. Helps to ease negative thinking and encourages positive outlook. Promotes greater self esteem and improves energy and vitality.
Pay per class at £8.50
Pay for 10 weeks in one go £80 (or pro rata if there are weeks that you know you aren’t available, or for anyone that joins part-way through)
Pay per block – block 1 (4 classes up to half term £32) and then block 2 (6 classes after 28th May £48)
Class Time: 7:15-8:30
