Clinical Psychologist, Kathy Thwaites is our latest practitioner to join the team. Kathy is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Having worked within adult mental health and eating disorders services for several years she has experience in providing short to long term individual therapy and short term group work for people experiencing a range of psychological difficulties, including depression, anxiety, obsessive difficulties, anorexia, bulimia, relationship difficulties, difficulties with self-harm and the psychological response to trauma and abuse.
More recently Kathy has moved to work in physical health services, working with people experiencing long term /chronic pain and chronic fatigue, with the work involving working with the psychological impact of a health condition.
