Tracy is a fully qualified Person Centred Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and psychotherapy(BACP). She have extensive experience within this field.
Having trained as a Person Centred Counsellor Tracy uses a variety of approaches within therapy: Psychodynamic and Psyco-synthesis.
- Psycodynamic- brings the unconscious mental process such as fears and anxiety to the conscious awareness playing a key role in enabling the person to live a fulfilling life
- Psyo-synthesis- explores issues that directly prevent people from leading their life as they would wish.
