Therapeutic counselling for adults, children and young people

About me

Hi, I’m Sasha and I’m an integrative counsellor. My gentle and compassionate approach supports adults, young people and children to explore any issues they may be facing and improve their happiness and wellbeing.

My particular areas of interest are trauma and adverse childhood experiences. These might manifest in anxiety, depression or low self-esteem. I will work alongside you as you process and move past these experiences. I am passionate about supporting individuals during difficult moments and helping you discover the tools to move forward.

In sessions

During sessions, we will work together to make sense of the thoughts, feelings and behaviour experienced. I work in a person-centred way, drawing in other modalities or tools as appropriate for you.

I don’t seek to advise or direct, but support you to feel comfortable and empowered in your life.

I able able to offer creative approaches during therapy, such as: timeline work, sand tray/constellation therapy, art work, inner child work.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, please fill in a referral form on The Tower Clinic website, or visit my website to complete an enquiry:

Working with children and young people

Young minds sometimes need help too!

As a teacher of 13 years, I’m all too aware of the long waitlists and endless paperwork to access emotional or mental health support for children. I offer therapeutic support for young people age 5-18, without having to wait for CAMHS or MindMate referrals.

I have had many, many years practice making young people feel secure and comfortable. I work therapeutically in creative ways. This is still counselling, but delivered and accessed in a way that meets the young person where they are. In working this way, young people are able to explore their emotions and experiences, and together we can make sense of what might be going on for them.

In sessions

The structure of a child or young person’s session is slightly different to adults’ sessions, as parents are guardians are involved in an ‘orientation’ chat pre-session, and a closing chat post-session.

Get in touch if this feels like something you’d like to explore for you or a loved one. I offer a free 30 minute video call to chat through concerns.
