I did my specialist AAFP accredited medical ketogenic diet and nutrition for mental health training with Dr Georgia Ede MD in the USA. Dr Ede is a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist specialising in nutritional and metabolic psychiatry and insulin resistance.

My background is biochemistry, my PhD was in molecular mechanisms and I have also been a hypnotherapist since 2012. I know that mental health and food are sensitive topics so I can help you on the emotional front too.
