Chun joins the Tower Clinic!

Welcome to Massage Studio

I’m Chun, a massage therapist with a focus on supporting women’s wellbeing.

I offer a calm and restorative massage therapy space.

My approach draws on a blend of Eastern and Western massage traditions, combining breathwork, flowing massage techniques and targeted pressure points from head to toe. This integrated style helps release deep muscular tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage a natural sense of balance and ease in both body and mind. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to how you are feeling in the moment, recognising the close connection between physical and emotional wellbeing.

I trained at the Leeds College of Complementary Therapies, gaining an ITEC Diploma in Massage Therapy and a Level 2 qualification in Complementary Therapies in 2014. I began practising as a home-based therapist, creating a gentle and welcoming setting where women could take time for themselves and restore their energy.

Alongside my practice, I worked for over 11 years at Medical Protection, within the area of litigation support for dental and medical professionals. This role deepened my appreciation for the importance of wellbeing, balance and the emotional demands placed on those in caring professions. After taking time out to start my family, I returned to massage therapy full-time, driven by a renewed passion to support women through nurturing, intuitive and restorative treatments.

Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, cooking, travelling, and most importantly, spending time with my family. These parts of my life continue to inspire my practice — reminding me of the value in slowing down, creating space, and reconnecting with ourselves.

Whether you are seeking deep relaxation, relief from chronic tension, or simply a quiet moment to pause, my aim is to offer a supportive environment where you feel cared for, grounded, and renewed.

I look forward to meeting you.

Treatment Menu

Initial Appointment- Your first visit includes a full consultation and a tailored treatment to restore and balance your body 1h 30 min £70
After your first appointment if you wish to combine your treatments, please contact me directly.

Bespoke Full Body Massage (1h 15 min) – £60 – (1h 30min) £70

A slow, grounding treatment focusing on the connection between the gut and the nervous system. Gentle, sustained techniques are used around the abdomen, diaphragm, chest and neck to support the vagus nerve, helping the body move from stress into a more restful rest-and-digest state.

The session is guided by what your body needs most — whether that’s easing digestive tightness, calming the breath, releasing tension in the shoulders, or softening around the jaw and head. This work can ease digestive discomfort, reduce stress-held tension and quiet the mind. You may leave feeling lighter, more grounded and more connected to yourself.

Indian Head Massage – (45 min) – £45

A restorative treatment that focuses on the suboccipital muscles at the base of the skull, the neck and shoulders, and the jaw muscles (TMJ). Gentle rhythmic techniques also support the lymph nodes around the neck and face, encouraging natural drainage and easing congestion.
This treatment helps to release headaches, jaw tension and neck stiffness, while calming the nervous system and promoting deep relaxation.

Reflexology (45 min) – £45

Our feet hold a remarkable amount of tension and information. They contain thousands of nerve endings and small reflex points that correspond to different organs, muscles and systems in the body. Because of this strong nervous system connection, working on the feet can have a whole-body effect. This treatment uses steady, gentle pressure on these reflex points to help release held tension, support circulation and lymphatic flow. Reflexology can leave the whole body feeling lighter, calmer and more balanced, and is especially supportive during times of stress, fatigue, hormonal change or emotional strain.

Clinic Hours – Monday/ Wednesday/ Thursday 10am – 3pm.
